I reserved a house with SafariNow, got there and the place was disgusting, not as stated in the ad. No lights, dirty plates, no hot water, a chair broke under my tiny weight.

I called the owner telling her I would like to be reimbursed since i wasnt gonna stay more than 1h in there, she agreed.

She then changed her mind 2-3 days after and decided not to reimburse me. I went to SafariNow, Which I tought would help their client, since I booked with their website and they were useless. No other terms, completely useless, offering no help whatsoever, to a point where I was thinking that the whole thing was a.
