Dont Ever fly SAA. Terrible Airline

We were on a flight from johannesburg to washington dc which is an 18 hour flight. The inflight entertainment was not working throughout the entire flight. When we returned from washington to johannesburg, the crew members were not hospitable at all and one crew member was downright rude and arrogant. She was extremely unhelpful and was rude to many passengers on the flight. With this kind of attitude, i wonder if i will ever fly on south african airways again.
