To whom it concern, i dont like to complain but i had a bad service from the staff, in March 29/2013
my flight to Johannesburg was delay, i did not know it was going to be a 7 hour flight JE 136 9:15
that was the time for my flight i only arrive in Johannesburg at 16:00 that day, on the 03 April 2013 i went back to Cape Town my flight was delay again for an hour after that i had to sit in the plain for 2 more hours cause the runway light were not working in cape town, in May 25 2013 i took a trip to Johannesburg again with the same flight JE136 the time 9:15 my flight was delay again and i only arrive in Johannesburg at 15:00 that day that is not all on JUNE 05 2013 i went to the airport to book a ticket to fleu out to cape town that day at the mango desk they had a flight for 18:00 that day they told me the flight is already off the system, and a guy came and book the same flight while im standing there witch was socking for me cause i was just told ist not on tje system, i took my money and book a ticket at British airways wich cost me a lot off money but i had to go home, i have always make use off the airline but this is not good no one said sorry or here is a discount nothing
