Refund Promised not paid

After been sold a story we bought the vouchers for R 399. When we got home we realised that what we were not told the truth. We where told we can go with three people (my wife, myself and daughter) and most places do self catering for a R 100 a day supplement. When we got home and saw the conditions (they only let you have full information after payment) that there is only 1 place that does self catering and the rest of the places would cost R 600 to r 1, 200 extra for food and only had place for TWO people. We requested a refund.

After very snotty comments via e-mail they agreed to refund immediately when I gave back the vouchers. I dropped them off on Tuesday the 17th (had to leave with a maid because although I arranged an appointment and they state the "office" is manned from 9-4 there was no one there when I arrived at 13h30). to date I have not received the refund.

This is unprofessional and would not recommend that anyone fall for the sales pitch
