I purchased vouchers 2 years ago, I decided to use them now, at sale of the voucher Sushie did not explain that I HAD to purchase the breakfast and dinner when I book which are ridiculously priced R300 - R400 pp per day?? had I known this I would not have bought the vouchers, I have been trying to deal with Anne about this issue and explained that I was told it would be self catering and that I did not have to purchase meals from the places, Anne has been no help what so ever, her emails are very unprofessional, she starts off with " but you cannot expect a refund from 2 years" what is this really? No apology for the lack of information given nothing! since they are not willing to waived their so called T & C as I was not told about the purchased meals I asked for a refund, nothing extra just the money I had spent for the voucher and I have no luck with this as well, I asked for a director to call me and nothing? What is this really, rip people off and clearly had no understanding of customer service! Unacceptable really! maybe after this I will get an apology and my money back?
