I am writing this complaint now sitting in VERY DIRTY, smelly ELDO BUS from PRETORIA TO CAPE TOWN. I can't believe that they gave us a bus that was never cleaned, with dirty toilet and we will be travelling for more than 1000KM... First time I am using this bus and Never ever again!! The service is terrible!! WHOEVER TRAVELS BETWEEN JH/PTA TO CAPE TOWN SHOULD SAVE THEMSELVES AND DONT USE THIS BUS! I AM DISGUSTED
