SA1309 Looking for SAA Flag for my ANATOMY???

Problems occur BUT? Checked in with SA1309 15 Sept 16h50 in Durban for East London with one bag. Arrived in East London but received no bag. The baggage counter takes my details I was given a name and telephone number 043 706 0216 but when I called it only rings. I probably go to a meeting this morning at 8h00 naked and find and SAA flag to cover my anatomy private. Your baggage process is weak. WHY? Only SAA should know because behind the baggage counter in East London there were many bags not in customers hands. WHY? Where do I find fresh clothes this morning and for the whole week? An SAA flag does not help an anatomy when it goes into space unknown. Track and trace system. This is unhealthy for tourism in East London.
