Items From Luggage

On 11 Feb, I had a flight from Joburg to East London. I handed my bag in at the check in counter and once I landed in East London, I retrieved my bag. The only time my bag was not in my posession whas whilst it was from when I checked it in untill I collected it. I arrived at my hotel an I opened my bag to discover that 2 items have been removed from my bag. This was not by chance as the items were hidden inside my bag. I can only assume that the items were seen on an x-ray machein and then the items were removed. Surely there must be cameras in the baggage handling area. I must get the items back as they are not replacable with any sort of money. I would like the to be found and dealt with accordingly. I would like the matter investigated.
My flight was on 11 Feb 2013 on SA481.
