POOR SERVICE FROM STRAIGHT TOWING RECOVERY

I' m Pumeza Mxinwa from Butterworth Eastern Cape last week friday 15 March 2013 I had a problem with my car, I called my off road assistant for help as the vehicle was not moving, They sent a breakdown at 10H20 so that the car can be taken to East London to my suprise the car reach East London same day as promised by Straight Towing Recovery they kept saying that car is on the way to East London of which it never did. I made several calls askind about my they to me the car only reach East London on Mondy at 09H00. I am not happy with the service from Straight Towing and Recovery.
