WHENEVER you phone in to cabnet to order a cab, the operators are not in the mood to take calls... this you can clearly hear in the attitudes of their voices. you can hear these people hate their jobs.

last night i called in at 22:28 spoke to the gentleman that was on duty. ordered a cab, clearly gave my address, and was told 15 - 20 min.

At 22:55 i left my building to go wait for my cab. cab was now 7 min late... but i could see a cabnet cab down the road parked with lights on.
At 23:01 i phoned in again to find out how far my cab is. the operator rudely tells me the driver is on his way he will be there in 5 min, so i said to him but you told me 15-20 min 33 min ago.

He then shouted at me over the phone asking me do i want the cab or not?

the cab that was parked down the road then came driving up. so that tells me that either the operator did not listen when i gave my block number, or the driver did not listen.

the attitudes of these people stink!!! even when you sit in the cab, you should year how they speak to the drivers and how they all fight over the radio.

i am a very regular customer but now feel i will take my business else where...
