I have recently upgraded my mobile device and package via the retention s department as I am an exceptional customer with an excellent history.
Since my upgrade I have not been given the the promised bundle benefits as advertised nor have I received my free subscription for May for years of loyalty also as promised by the detentions agent.
I have now been trying to get through to Cell C to get this resolved. Average waiting time is 20 mins for a call to be answered. Despite being given promises that someone will call back to resolve the issue no one has EVER in all the years I've been with Cell C called me back as promised even tho the matter is logged with a reference no.
I am right now waiting for the retentions department to answer their phone. Been waiting for more than 20 minutes. Disgusting customer service. If this is not resolved immediately I will go to a competitor. I've had enough of this appalling customer service.
