This is for the previous complaint I logged, where the call center agent was not able to tell me the amount of cancellation that I would be entitled too, and that despite notifying the company 43 days in advance they are not able to refund me due to the non flexible flight. Beware everyone, apparently this is only mentioned on the website and not anywhere else on the customer invoice itself.

Now Kulula did respond to say they were looking into the matter, but three working days later they have not contacted me to say anything, while the flight remains un-cancelled and the number of days has now dropped to 38 days. Their customer service is terrible and while they say they are in aligned to the CPA, how is it their resolution time takes so long?

How is it that no one has bothered to resolve this issue in 3 working days, how long does the process take?

I called an agent, and apparently it takes 7 to 8 weeks to refund a customer...

I still have not been told how much i am getting back
