BAD DEBIT and EMPTY PROMISES

We assisted Travel Corp Africa (PO BOX 6632 Roggebaai, 8012 - Cape Town) for JHB transfers for the past two years. In June 2013 they contacted us urgently to assist with transport for an Indian group traveling in Johannesburg as a last minute booking. We had to source additional transfer companies to assist as it was an urgent and unplanned transfer. After submitting our invoice for payment and following up continuously we got no responses from anyone that worked at Travel Corp Africa via email or cellphone. They do not respond to letters of demand via emails and have left us red faced with the other suppliers we brought on board, due to the bad debit. Shane, Natasha Scheepers and Martinho Vicente Alves always made empty promises on payment. Be careful doing business with this company if you are in the tourism or Transport industry. They have a secondary company Sisonke Tourism Services (Sisonke Tours and Travel) beware they all.
