He our DEPOSIT

Me and my girlfriend found and apartment on Gumtree for a 3 week vacation in Cape Town. We got a response from Malcolm Brown of Starfair Travel and he stated a price for the rent and a price for the deposit.

This was 3 months before our arriva date in Cape Town. After several emails in which he changed the price of both the rent and the deposit and changed the terms of our agreement from payment upon arrival to payment beforehand we got to the apartment.

The only reason we didn't cancel our agreement after all this was that the aparment he was offering was perfect for us. However once we arrived, we realized that several of his promises were not met.

Also the owner of the house had not received any rent. Later on he switched his phone off and our deposit.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STARFAIR TRAVEL. THEY ARE.
