Requested cancellation of contract

I sign the contract with QVC on 01 Oct 2007, we use only one time. In 2009 I requested the cancellation of the contract they request 6 months bank statements, prove of all the monthly expenses and we send and is being like that till now. But now QVC is changing the amounts of the Dedit order big amounts. In August they took 7000rand and now in Sepetember they took 16000Rand
