Denied cancellation of contract

This will be the third request for cancellation of our Flexi Club membership

Over the past two years, after numerous emails were sent, we received an automated response that we do not conform to rules and procedures in order for our request to be considered.
We requested the exact reason why we were denied,
We requested our account to be reviewed
We requested a copy of our signed agreement (original agreement was signed in 1987 for a fixed term of 20 years)
We requested the specific documentation/criteria/rules which we supposedly do not meet.

We are still awaiting response from Flexi Club.

Why do they not specify which requirements were not met?
Why do they wait till next fees are due when they inform you that your request for cancellation was denied?
Why is there no signed letter from the trustees stating your account was reviewed and this is why your request was denied?
Why is there no contact person who can handle your request?
This is all in very bad business practice!

Again it is time to request cancellation and we have done so. We even paid our annual fees in advance

We eagerly await feedback from Flexi Club as well as approval of the request to cancel
