I travelled Dur-Jhb on the said date. i took carry on luggage and the ground staff at the entrance of the air craft suggest that they keep it in the air craft hold and will return it to me when i dis embark. the bag was returned to me on the Carousel. when i got to to my hotel i discovered that my bag was tampered with and my perfume. SAA were notified but after months of follow ups i was paid R185 for a bottle of permume which was close to a R1000. numerous attempts for feedback have fallen on deaf ears. i costantly mail the customer services department and the supposed people in charge and nothing happens. we now at the end of September and still no feedback as to why i was paid R185 for a new bottle of perfume.
