Damaged Perfume

My friend and I went to Foschini Cosmetic in Cresta mall and bought two expensive perfumes. After leaving the shop we realized one perfume is slightly damaged and had it started coming out from the upper crack of the bottle. We immediately went back to the shop and unfortunately was closed for the day. The following day went back with the empty damaged bottle and the slip of the perfume. We spoke to the manager and her assistant and they accused of us the perfume might have fell down. We are very disappointed as they didn't even open the box to ensure the perfume was still fine when we bought it. is about two weeks now and still waiting for the confirmation from the store manager if they will give me a new perfume.
