Booked for 2 ladies for a bottle-cutting course in Durban. Had bought the kit a few months ago from same people. Times confirmed as 14h00 via e-mail but when they arrived in Durban (travelled from Margate) were told that the course could not be done. I e-mailed him to request the refund of the course and travel expenses without any reply
