My voyager number 2640138
I booked an award which I was meant to use beginning of August (car hire).
All was confirmed and in order.
I called on 27th July and spoke to Zomo Lokwe about a query I had - instead he advised me that the pre confirmed car hire I booked could not be used, due to the previous consultant incorrectly allowing me to book an award use more than 3 months from booking.
I was told not to collect the hired car as the booking would be invalid. Zomo advised he would get back to me on the resolution. He promised 48 hrs, nothing happened.

I called on 19th August and spoke to Busi Salani about the same matter. She was able to confirm Zomo's instructions to me and was Also able to advise that it appeared As though the matter was escalated via email to Palesa Ndluzela.
Busi, despite request, indicated she could not apologize to me for the lack of communication, but indicated she would get back to me after looking into the matter. No response. 23rd August I called Mili Green who advised that the people I spoke to previously were not on shift at present. There was no team leader available nor could she provide me with contact details of Vimal Jairam, the head. Shocking!
