Wrongly billed. No resolution since 15 August 2013

I took out 2 top up 135 contracts online. the consultant told me that my monthly bill would be R141.06 per handset for months. I was billed this amount for July. August they billed me R189.50 per handset. I called them 15 August and spoke to a consultant who said she will log my complaint. it will take them 24 hours to get back to me. She gave me a ref no and a caller ref number. 30 Aug i called again and spoke to a Jonathan saying he is a supervisor. He said he will follow up and also gave me a ref number: 308463505. Again no one called me to follow up. i called on the 2 Sept and spoke to a Lee-Anne who put me through to a team leader called Loyiso or Loyd Kolobeni who was very helpful and actually called me and told me that it is being looked at but they could not tell me how long it will take. Two weeks ago i was called by their after sales department. A lady called Mampi told me that my status for my query was closed but could not explain what closed mean. 23 Sept called and spoke to team leader Tessen de Mink, going through the whole story again. She said request closed because of data charges. My request was never about the data charges. back to sqaure 1. perthetic service
