Pathetic

I was @ Dischem Olumpus for a facial 14.08.2013 and Megan made a booking for 25.08.2013. I phoned her today to confirm my booking and she never made the appoinent and conveniently doesnt know anything about todays booking. It means she never made the booking. This is pathetic, please change your booking system its not the first time this is happening. I would go to antoher Dischem. Pathetic indeed!!!
