I lost my laggage

I was travelling with city to city bus from Peddie to cape town on the 09.08.i had a suitcase with me, i was told by the bus driver that they dont have stickers for the laggage and that was fine.when i got to cape town the next morning my bag was not in the bus, they looked every where but it was no where to be found .the bus driver gave me his no to phone him the next morning as he promised that he will envestigate.called hiom several times but he keep on saying he is off n he will let me know.i went to the office in cape town and they gave me operations no[ also phone the number several times but the guy said will phone me back.but i was never got a call back.i called the call centre no and i was given another no, i phoned the no and its always busy... i am so sick n tired and i am not anyones playing toy.i want my suitcase as it has everything that i need and no one is telling me the truth.everyone is promising to phone and resolve the matter but till today i have'nt received any feed back.
