VRS ignoring legitimate queries from shareholders

I have emailed VRS numerous times, trying to engage in discussion regarding the exorbitant (and in my opinion illegal) refurbishment levy they demand from Sudwala Chalet shareholders.

I question the legality of VRS forging ahead with a major refurb of Sudwala resort without it being included in the last AGM, without communication or discussion with shareholders. Whilst most wealthy Americans merely paid the bills, people like myself want clarification.

No-one at VRS appears willing to engage in a sensible discussion with me in this regard. Sheree has sent me reams of advertising blurb about the "wondrous refurbishments" and her last email to me included excerpts from an agreement... still not engaging in discussion or trying to resolve the matter at hand. She invited me to peruse the documents in their offices, nice - I live nine hours' drive away!
My next move is to engage the services of the Timeshare Ombudsman, in the hopes that that will provide the answers I require.

If anyone at VRS has better client liaison skills than Sheree Mostert, I'd welcome an email from him/her.
