Laggage missing

I was travelling with city to city bus from peddie to cape town but when i got to cape town station my bus was missing i was told that they will envistigate but ever since nothing happened. i've been phoning Portia from the Epping offices i even complete the form and send a list of my staff that was on my suitcase but nothing now they are telling me stories.i am so upset and i want my belongings back as soon as possible.
