I don't normally write these things but have to on this occasion as it is an amazing story of great customer service that goes above and beyond!
I received a suitcase from Interbrand for my upcoming trip to Canada and discovered at the 9th hour that it was to small and unsuitable for the application intended. I called Elaine (Sales Agent Western Cape) at 08:15hrs the morning of departure and explained my situation, Elaine rushed across the city and took time out of her busy hectic morning to assist me and replace the case with a larger one. Elaine is an exceptional sales agent and deserves recognition for her exemplary attitude towards business. Well DONE!!
