I have been traveling on your airline for the last 6 years and if you do a back search on either my id number (7108100066087) or my cell number (0823735656) you will see I am a regular traveller I booked a flight for 6th August 2013 MN103 11:50 I did the seat booking option which I had to pay an additional R35, 00 to be preseated. On arrival at the airport and going to check in we are told that that you guys were offline and that they had to do manual check ins. Our flight was delayed for over 1.5 hours. When we got onto the aircraft we were told that we had to find the first available seat as because the systems were down no seats could be "reserved" my first issue is how am I going to be reimbursed for this extra money spent to secure my seat? Secondly I phoned your call centre this evening 11th August 2013 as your online site would not allow me to reserve a seat and was rejecting my booking code. I was then told by your online agent that my ticket had been cancelled because I was a no show on the 6th August??? I then got into my car and drove from my hotel in Big Bay to the airport to go and sort out the problem. I dealt with Marthina Schuster who also confirmed that my tic
