How can an airline not answer their telephone!

Wanted to change my flight date by a day. Called the reservations lines -UK (all of them including South Africa) and they just dont answer the phone!
Called Sunday between16:30 and18:00 and then even 00:15. I did the live chat and they said the lines were busy and that i should call later. Even at midnight they didnt attend to my call.
The calls i made are longer than 8 minutes waiting!

I cannot buy an airticket from a company who dont answer their phone! I could not change my flight as i could not get hold of anyone to change it!

Also, my flight coming in had a fault and there was HOT air blowing into the cabin for the whole trip people were very uncomfortable.

I am no longer impressed with this airline.
