Couldnt change my flight, no answer of phones

I urgently needed to change my flight this weekend. I booked a flight with Kulula through travel start. However no one works on weekends and they dont have anyone to answer their phones. They also have an "urgent" email address that no one replies to. Kulula informed me that they can not change my flight. It has to be done through Kulula!! I am VERY ANNOYED!!
