No communication for change of flight

Good Afternoon. I was deeply disappointed to find out that my there was a change in flight schedule and the airline did not notify me. Per my understanding the flight schedule was altered on the 26 June. That was 3 weeks ago. I happened to find out when I tried to get someone else on the same flight as me and found out the flight had changed.

I know the flight is only in September but this is really poor service. I travel frequently with Mango and have flights scheduled for August, September and December. The change in schedule has affected my itinerary and resulted in me changing other arrangements and incurring additional expenditure.

I am hugely disappointed in the service provided especially from a company claiming that they pride themselves on customer service. My associates and I frequently use Mango airline but if this is the way they handle their business we may need to look at other options going forward.
