Metro rail have bad servive all the time

Ever since prices went up trains have been late too an extende,
16/07/2010 were extreamly late and worse part they don't us on the website and they don't even apologise, we may be paying small fees but we're paying @ the end of the day. U guys must take more piority. To your work. We're human and need to be treated as such.
