Very very Poor service

On 29 July 2013, 00:15am I took a greyhound bus from Bloemfontein to Pretoria, inside the bus it was freezing with no heaters switched on, the driver was acting as the bus attendant as the was no 1 attending to the passengers and when we got to JHB (Park Station), we were told to take an Intercape bus to Pretoria as the Greyhound bus was not going to Pretoria, I booked a bus to take me to Pretoria not JHB. Iam very much disappointed with service I got, I avoided taking an Intercape bus and chose Greyhound here I was after freezing for 6 hours iam sent to go take a bus I had avoided because of previous dissatisfaction. I'am really disappointed with the poor service that I was offered.
