Bad Customer Service

I am travelling from Pretoria to Giyani. So I have been changed from coah to coah. I change at Naiboom and sasol garage. Now again in polokwane no no this not service. Im travelling with two kids 1 has 3 years and the other 4 month cant you people make journey any easier. I asked the driver for help. He helped m with big bag and asked his assistant to help me with the small bags. She got to the next bus and dropped my bags in the passage. Is that the way to service customers. She turned n left me stranded!!!Your service is very bad hai!!!
