Left Behind

I'm travelling from Johannesburg to Ohrigstad with the 08:00 bus to Phalaborwa..And the driver left me behind at some garage just before belfast..Isn't it proper to always check that everyone is back before you leave??? So I had to ask his colleagues to call him and inform him that he left a passenger behind..And from what his colleagues are saying, his forever leaving people behind..What kind of service is that???
