Paid for bus that did not come

I had booked for a bus that was meant to leave polokwane at 14:45 on the 1st of April. But the bus never showed up. Knowing the kinda of reputation Translux has i did not expect such to happen, i arrived at the station (azmo plac) at 14:30 and there was two buses there, one greyhound and one translux. after asking the driver if that was the bus to Pta he said no, its not the right one and that we should stand aside. after he came back from the office, he told me and others that were waiting for the bus, that the bus had already left and that it was turning back, i have other peoples numbers who can confirm this. after waiting an hour i called the 0861 number where i spoke to katlego who said he would get back to me regarding this. 15mins later i called back and there was no katlego. i then asked for the team leader (kaya) who also said he would get back to me. 30min later i called back and he said that the bus had left at 14:30 and the office was closed at 14:45 which was all incorrect. i am very disappointed about this experience and am uttairly shocked. i No longer see my self travelling on translux and i would like my refund and i really do not see how i need to suffer.
