We signed a contract with them on the 29th of April and cancelled on the 2 May per fax (as requested). On the 29th of Jun they deducted the amount of R1495 from our account. Phone Speech (manager of PE branch) but he just dont come back to us. Phoned head office on the 5 Jul, Arne said that all was cancelled and money will be in our account between 7 to 14 days. The 14 days ended the 25th. Phoned again-he was not available said he will phone back, but he never does. Spoke to him on Tuesday 30 Jul said money will be in account on the 31 Jul. As yet no money was paid in our account. Phoned this morning 01 Aug, now it will take 7 - 14 days again. This is carrying on for 2 months - when will they ever refund. Please don't ever sign with them!!!
