Unable to contact anyone regarding cancelation

I have been trying to cancel my Flexiclub membership for the last 3 months and no results!! Please can someone contact me as soon as possible. This is just unacceptable. My fees are paid up and I want to cancel this as soon as possible. I hope that anyone reading this and consider signing up for Flexiclub, will think twice - biggest mistake I ever made.
