4 hours late???

Bus ticket booked from Humansdorp to plettenberg bay on 25/07/2013 to depart at 19:30. my girlfriend sit and wait at the stop and no bus at departure time, she phoned me in tears at 10h45 and say there is no sign of the bus and no notification from the bus company. I try to phone the customer care number with no reply at all. tried several times. At 23:00 I decided to go fetch her myself by car, which I did. got a call from her saying the bus arrived at 23:27, I was 30km's from Humansdorp and told her not to get on the bus as I am there already. So I picked her up and came back to plettenberg bay arriving at 01:37. this cost us the bus ticket of R130.00, fuel of R772.00 and R76.00 to toll fees a total cost to me of R978.00 due to poor service from this bus company. This was not the first time that this happened. Hope you can help or help to recover some of my expenses due to this pathetic service. Thank you so much.
