We booked a bus as 5 sisters, for Sunday (03-02-2013) and they couldn't get us on the same bus and booked us on 3 different buses. The first bus was for 19:30 and it only arrived at 20:35 with no apology or explanation. The second bus was schedule for 20:20 but it arrived 21:45. The third was schedule for 23:10 that one did not even pitch it went straight from P.E to Stormriver. I phoned the customer care line and they promised to get back to me. I phoned Monday morning and the answer I got was that the bus had a breakdown. They booked us on Tuesday's bus at 08:30 but by 09:50 there was still no sign of a bus. I had to call again to find out where was this bus and after 10 minutes they told me that the bus just left Greenacheres.
I WILL NEVER BOOK CITY TO CITY EVER AGAIN.
