Poor billing and lack of comunication

I am Mr. S. J van Rensburg and never have i come across a poor billing system like i have with TVG club. i Phone in 4 months ago notifying account that i will be paying my account by them via EFT personally but yet they have the audacity to still try and run the debit order. Even with sending a snotty email including my proof of payment they still put debit order thru and that after copying in every email i could find of the member of TVG. it is not my Job to reconcile TVG account and if you cant pick up a payment with the reference of my member ship number then accounting is defiantly not for you!!! I can guarantee that it will happen this month again, to top it of i get an email stating that i have to pay penalties due to the debit order that i stop did not go thru... duh. Next step will be the AMBOEDSMAN
My previous booking that i did via internet took 13 days for them to come back to me and actually tell me there is no space available... seriously guys???
I have queried again today regarding open lodges in the Kruger national park and i am counting the hours!
The resorts are great but services provided from such a big holiday club really!!!
