Waiting for a bus for almost 3hours

July/13/13 @ 9am received an sms to say "Due to an Operational Delay our coach from UPT to JHB is running 30min late" we waited until 14:11 where else the bus was suppose to be the @ 12:00 the least because the initial time on the ticket was 11:25, When the first bus got there, the lady was like peoplethis bus is full instead of apologizing. The worst was when we were about to aproach Vryburg the bus broke, had to wait for almost an hour until the first bus came to pack our bags and continued wth our journey. NOT AGAIN when we got to Ottosdal the bus broke again and waited for 2hours and at that time I'm travelling with a 6months old baby. Initially We were supposed to get to JHB @ 18:45 but got the @ 3am and when we got to JHB the first bus left with our bags to PTA and ha to wait until 4am... Inetcare's Safe-Dependable-affordable is and believe U me, the workers were saying its not their fault and that I understand cause I fail to understand how they failed to inspect the bus before it leaves the main office CPT, there was no communications as to what's happening or any sort of apology.
