On 19th July 2013 booked a bus from cape town to East london for 16h00 the bus only arrived at 16h55 no apologies were made, the bus arrived reeking of Urine and animal feases and it was wet inside as if it was only cleaned then, the luggage compartments were full of cardboard boxes that apparently were stored in it now we have to wait for them to take them out that is also impacting on our time, we get the old City to City buses that are think are not suitable for long distances (They have no heaters, no curtains and small chairs) When we eventually left Cape town the bus stopped in a Garage and we had wait for a car form their depot to come and jumpstart us. Prasa does not have respect nor do they value their passengers they are only chasing our money and in the process putiing our lives in danger. Me and my family will never ever take thei buses again and am going to make sure that i pass the information to my firends and neighbours
