No feedback, No action, Misleading presentations

Last year October, we had a presentation at Lifestyle vacation club in Hatfield offices. We were shown a lot of options, and ended up deciding on the Diamond package, as it seemed fair, considering the number of trips promised. There was a coloured guy, acting as supervisor, Mamsy, the lady doing our presentation kept asking confirmation from him, and he also confirmed that their diamiond offers 4 guaranteed holidays a year for 3 Years.

Problem started last week, when we wanted to make our first booking, the lady, Goodness Tshabalala, told us, we only qualify for 1 (one) trip a year for 3 years. I went to the offices in Hatfield, they put all blame on Mamsy for misleading us, even the coloured guy (sorry for referring to him by his race, he never gave us his name), turned against her, saying he never confirmed a thing.

We spoke to Mandy, she asked us to write a letter of complaint, that was last week Tuesday, promised to speak to the Director the following day, Never got back to us. We called her again yesterday, she promised to call by 12:00, that never happened, called this morning, she said she has something on her plate, a decision on our matter is not made yet.
