I was looking for a flight yesterday 23 July 2013 .So went on line to flight centre where they have a offer R 7690 Ref 2581028 .So I send my mail with all my details so dat the can send the quote to me. Three hours later and still haven't receive the quote I phone the call centre 0877405000 .Where the lady call centre answered rudely firstly and talk and talk but don't listen what I was asking. Long story short now they are charging R10 000 not R 7690 as advertise. So I ask her how does this work. Her response was She doesn't know I must email her the detail .( But she's working for Flight Centre) So I spoke to her Boss which also could not assist. And said its subject to availability which stands no where on the website. And I got no mail stating this even. So I replied I will go to Hello Peter and she responded I should do that.
