Very bad experience!!

My parents and siblings was scheduled for the JE702 flight we arrived 5:45 am to check in, we were told to stand in line then they said that line was closed and moved us to the main line that was very long so at 6:30 am I started worrying and asked security that we need to get on the flight and he took us to the front where the assistant told us we can't go on the flight due to us not being on time (but we were), and we must reschedule our flight for later what upsets me is that we were there and they could've let my parents on the flight, rescheduling meant my mom was sitting at the airport from 5:45 until 12:20 when the next flight was due with a newborn a 5 year old and my dad not being well, I recommended mango airways, and I must say I am very sorry I did, the tickets to go to job and back was already R5800.00 and then they told my mom she had to pay in another R1170.00 for rescheduling, I feel that after the whole thing they couldve been more leeniant with the rescheduling fees, it was unnecesarry. I have been on flights were people was let on at departing time.they replied and said they were investigating, I stil am waiting. And even had more poor service an expenses.
