Drives Senior Citizen to tears

The Holliday club invited us to one of their presentations in Namibia, Windhoek to harvest new clients.
We have chosen to attend the event, every body from the motor gate to the front door of the venue where extremely friendly and help full up until we asked B.M. about the much promised prize they where to give away as a promotion. She immediately went on to the defensive and sarcastic, loud mouthed and offensive. My senior citizen mom where in tears and where so offended by the situation she made her way on to the busy street and phoned me to collect her from the venue. The next morning my mom got a call from a THC Rep. teasing her about the previous days event. I know that these sales persons act their own frustrations and in doing so damage the name of the company they represent. But it was a official presentation and I hope The Holiday Club will step up and address the situation. We feel that if these employees misuse private contact details supplied to THC with intention to sign up for a professional service, we will have to seek legal representation with regards to this incident.
