Very bad attitude

On the 16th July 2013, 11:05am i made a call to the head office of ACSA and got transferred to the "lady" by the name of Queen. firstly she didn't even pick up the phone in the right manner and was not even coherent, secondly she was not very professional at all as you could hear from the sound of her voice that she just wanted me to hang up and showed no interest at all. i was calling regarding recruitment because i felt that ACSA is one of the best companies to work for but after that kind of attitude i'm having second thoughts. she needs to realize that she is not just representing herself the minute she picks up the phone but she is actually the "face" and the voice of the whole company ACSA irrigardless. im veru disappointed and it makes me wonder of how many people have experienced such behavior with her. this is a serious concern and should be addressed.
