Vanity Case Not Loaded

Good day - My mother flew to Tibilisi in Georgia on the 16th of May to meet me for a holiday in Georgia and then Turkey. My mother arrived on the 17th of May in Tibilisi. To her distress and my eventual dismay her vanity case as we found out on Saturday 18th of May was never loaded by ACSA on the flight as mentioned. The end result was that she had to buy everything here in Tibilisi which exceeds the amount of R3000, 00. This includes items such as expensive perfumes, combs, brushes and hairdryers plus expensive make up. I would like to know from ACSA how are they going to make up for the discomfort and eventual additional costs that were made to ensure that my mother is happy, because as we all know a woman without her make up is not a happy woman. So please advise ACSA as to how they will deal with the matter, since I can't deal with emotional woman. And this has caused me emotional distress and anxiety. Please advise ACSA how are you gonna make up for it? I will return to SA on the 1st of June and will be contactable on my mobile phone.
