Acsa security is very useless and patetic

The acsa permit system is always. Giving problems. We have to use the system so that we as employees can enter the airport and carry out our dutys, but everytime we can't get in to do our work its costing our companys money. Everytime you get a new permit there is also problems with activation of gates. I wish acsa will get a system that works. For such a big company acsa is totally unprofesional, incompetent and useless
