Last perception of SA & abuse of powe

Leaving South Africa I had this misfortune of meeting ACSA security scanning "customers" bags. The man was tossing people's handbags and when asked to treat my wife's handbag with care proceeded to throw it anyway. I requested his name to report him, he turned his name badge around and said, first name is "attitude" last name "rude" and I should " just try and report me". I went to speak to his supervisor and upon return with the supervisor had him shoving his fingers in my face saying no one can do anything to him in this area. I then reported this 2 weeks ago to the shift leader. I emailed a week ago to follow up, I then sent a mail 5 days ago to acsa head office. I have had no feedback. I have all the names of the staff and details, please let's ensure this is not the last impression all people leaving this amazing country receive and take some action, no one should be untouchable.
